Brief Bio
I’m a Systems Administrator and DevSecOps-focused engineer with experience building and maintaining secure Linux and Windows infrastructure in enterprise and Department of Defense environments. My work centers on automation, scripting, system hardening, and improving operational reliability using technologies such as Python, Bash, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible. I hold an M.S. in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago, an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, and CompTIA Security+ certification. I’m passionate about building scalable, secure infrastructure and continuously expanding my expertise in cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevSecOps practices.
Engineering Philosophy
I believe infrastructure should be reproducible, observable, and secure by default. My goal is to automate repetitive work, reduce operational risk, and build systems that are easy to maintain. Whether I’m writing automation scripts, deploying containers, or troubleshooting production systems, I focus on reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement.
